Tulsi Origami ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Creova – Poster & Status Maker mobile application ("Creova", the "App").

3. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

Creova may offer premium subscriptions or other purchases through Google Play.

Payments made through Google Play are processed by Google. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.

This information may be sent to our servers when necessary to verify purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, or provide premium features.

If you select an image from your device, Creova processes that image so you can use it in your design.

Depending on the Android version and feature being used, the App may use Android's system photo or document picker instead of requesting broad access to your media library.

Your images and designs are not automatically made public merely because you use them within Creova.

5. Designs and User-Created Content

Creova allows users to create and save designs.

Design information and exported images may be stored locally on your device.

When you choose to share an exported design, Android's sharing functionality or a third-party application selected by you may process the shared content. The privacy practices of that third-party application are governed by its own privacy policy.

6. Fonts, Stickers, Templates and Other Content

Creova may download templates, fonts, stickers, backgrounds, images, configuration information, and other content from our servers.

The App may store downloaded content locally on your device to improve performance, provide faster access, and reduce unnecessary network usage.

Creova requires internet access for features such as:

Downloading templates and other content
Loading fonts, stickers, backgrounds, and media

Creova may use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications to your device.

Firebase Cloud Messaging may process technical information necessary to deliver notifications, including an app installation identifier, App version, and device or App information.

If analytics is enabled, interactions with notifications, such as opening a notification, may also be measured to help us understand notification performance and improve our services.

On supported Android versions, Creova will request your permission before displaying notifications. You can allow or deny this permission and can change your notification preferences at any time through your device settings.

Creova uses Firebase Cloud Messaging, a service provided by Google, to provide notification functionality.

10. Third-Party Services

Creova uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies.

We do not provide third parties with access to your locally stored designs simply because you create or save a design in Creova.

Locally stored designs, downloaded content, preferences, and other App data may remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
