These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Creova – Poster & Status Maker mobile application ("Creova", the "App"), provided by Tulsi Origami ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Creova, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of Creova

Creova provides tools that allow users to create, edit, save, export, and share digital designs and other creative content.

Features may include:

Poster creation
Social media and status designs
Templates
Fonts
Stickers
Backgrounds
Images and other design elements
Image editing and cropping
Saving and exporting designs
Sharing designs through third-party applications
Premium content and features
Rewarded-ad content unlocking

Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed as Creova evolves.

You agree to use Creova only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use Creova and enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age at which you can independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you should use Creova only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User-Created Content

Creova allows you to create designs using your own images, text, and other content.

You retain ownership of content that you own and add to your designs.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content that you import, create, edit, export, or share using Creova.

You must not use Creova to create, upload, export, or distribute content that:

Violates applicable law
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person
Is fraudulent or intentionally deceptive in an unlawful manner
Contains malicious software or harmful code
Is used to impersonate another person or organization unlawfully
Is otherwise prohibited by applicable law

We are not responsible for content that users independently create or share using Creova.

4. Creova Templates and Design Assets

Creova may provide templates, fonts, stickers, backgrounds, graphics, images, and other design assets ("Creova Content").

Unless otherwise stated, Creova Content is provided for use within Creova to create designs and exported creative works.

You may use permitted Creova Content as part of your completed designs for personal or commercial creative purposes, subject to these Terms and any additional license restrictions applicable to particular third-party assets.

You may not:

Sell or redistribute Creova templates or assets as standalone files
Extract and republish Creova assets as your own asset library
Resell fonts, stickers, backgrounds, templates, or graphics obtained from Creova as standalone content
Copy or distribute substantial portions of Creova's content library
Attempt to bypass restrictions placed on premium content
Claim ownership of Creova Content itself merely because you used it in a design

Third-party content may be subject to separate license terms. Where such terms apply, you are responsible for complying with them.

5. Intellectual Property

Creova, including its software, branding, interface, original templates, graphics, design elements, logos, and other materials owned by Tulsi Origami, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights in Creova or our intellectual property are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, or exploit the App itself except where permitted by applicable law.

6. Free and Premium Content

Creova may contain both free and premium content or features.

Premium content may include certain:

Templates
Fonts
Stickers
Backgrounds
Design resources
Features or functionality

The content and functionality included with free or premium access may change over time.

7. Rewarded Advertisement Unlocks

Creova may allow users to access certain premium content by voluntarily watching a rewarded advertisement.

A rewarded-ad unlock may provide temporary, one-time, or limited access to the specified content.

Watching a rewarded advertisement does not constitute the purchase of a permanent license or premium subscription unless Creova explicitly states otherwise.

Rewarded-ad availability depends on factors such as advertising inventory, internet connectivity, region, device compatibility, and third-party advertising services.

We do not guarantee that a rewarded advertisement will always be available.

8. Creova Pro and Subscriptions

Creova may offer a paid subscription or premium service, such as Creova Pro.

The benefits, duration, and price of a subscription will be displayed before purchase.

Depending on the subscription offered, Creova Pro may provide benefits such as access to premium templates, fonts, stickers, backgrounds, removal or reduction of advertisements, or other premium functionality.

Specific benefits shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase apply to that subscription.

9. Payments and Billing

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Android version of Creova may be processed through Google Play.

Payment is charged through the payment method associated with your Google Play account.

We do not directly process or store your complete payment card or banking information for purchases processed through Google Play.

Subscription pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes, promotions, or other factors.

The price and applicable terms displayed through Google Play at the time of purchase govern your transaction.

10. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, it may automatically renew unless you cancel it through Google Play according to the subscription terms shown at purchase.

Deleting or uninstalling Creova does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through your Google Play account.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily terminate access immediately. You may continue to have access until the end of the period for which you have already paid, subject to Google Play's applicable terms.

11. Refunds

Payments and refund requests for purchases processed through Google Play are subject to Google Play's applicable billing and refund policies and applicable law.

Where required by law, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights available to you.

12. Advertising

The free version of Creova may display advertisements.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising services, including Google advertising services and Meta Audience Network.

Creova may display different types of advertisements, including banner, interstitial, native, or rewarded advertisements, depending on the version and configuration of the App.

Third-party advertisers and advertising providers are responsible for their own content, services, and privacy practices.

13. Saving and Sharing Designs

Creova may allow you to save designs locally on your device and export them as images or other supported formats.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important designs and exported content.

We do not guarantee that locally stored projects or designs can always be recovered after events such as:

App deletion
Clearing App storage or data
Device loss or damage
Operating system changes
File deletion
Storage corruption
App updates or technical failures

When you choose to share content through another application or service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

14. Third-Party Services

Creova may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including services for:

Advertising
Analytics
Crash reporting
Payment processing
Content delivery
Image processing
Network infrastructure

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We do not control all third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability.

15. App Availability and Updates

We work to maintain and improve Creova, but we do not guarantee that the App or every feature will always be available without interruption or error.

We may update Creova from time to time to:

Add or remove features
Improve performance
Fix bugs
Improve security
Update content
Maintain compatibility
Comply with legal or platform requirements

Certain features may require an updated version of Creova.

16. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Creova's servers or systems
Circumvent premium or subscription restrictions
Manipulate rewarded advertisements to obtain unauthorized access
Interfere with advertising or billing mechanisms
Abuse Creova's APIs
Scrape or automatically download substantial portions of Creova's content
Distribute modified or unauthorized versions of Creova
Introduce malware or harmful code
Use Creova for unlawful activities
Attempt to disrupt or damage the App or its infrastructure

We may restrict access to our services when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Creova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

Creova will always operate without interruption
Every feature will be available on every device
The App will be completely free from errors or bugs
Third-party services will always remain available
User-created content will always be recoverable

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tulsi Origami will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Creova.

This may include loss of locally stored designs, data, business opportunities, or other content resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

19. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection and processing of information through Creova are described in our Privacy Policy.

You should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.

20. Termination

You may stop using Creova at any time.

We may suspend or restrict access to certain online services when reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain applicable.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Creova, its features, applicable law, platform requirements, or our business practices.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of Creova after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

22. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or other legal rights that apply in your country or region.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
